7 PhD students and 2 incoming MA students win SSHRC fellowships

 

The department is pleased to announce that two of our incoming PhD students and five of our current PhD students have won fellowships from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. We congratulate incoming students Yoel Kornreich and Pascal Doray-Demers on winning Canada Graduate Scholarships, and current students Afsoun Afsahi, James Baker, Priya Balasubramanian, Derek Kornelsen, and Jason Tockman on winning Doctoral Fellowships. In addition, two of our incoming MA students, Ahmad Asey and Charlotte Kingston, have won Masters Canada Graduate Scholarships. Congratulations, all, on your well-deserved achievements!
